Initiate Your Request
Log into your Urge Pret account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
